In the previous segments, we provided information pertaining to the different procedures to initiate reviews. This video will demonstrate how to conduct a per soldier present personnel review. The main purpose for conducting this review is to ensure that data on the Record Brief is correct and all source documents required for filing in the AMH (Army Military Human Resource) Record are in iPERMS. More information and the requirement documents list can be found on our website. This review will be conducted using the most current Record Brief and Leave and Earning Statement. This review does not take the place of the annual DD 93's govt update requirements in the MILLPO, and this review does not take the place of validating the My Board File Personnel Record Review with soldier present documents. In the Personnel Record Review, documents are organized by categories subfolders that are aligned to the sections on the Record Brief: - Assignment Deployment contains assignment and deployment orders and information. - Service Data contains service contracts, security checks, and language qualification information. - Personal Data includes citizenship, group of birth, and any other dependency documents. - Education contains civilian and military education documents. - Awards and Decorations contain commendatory documents. To initiate a review, follow these steps: 1. Select "Open Review" and this will take you to the review details screen. 2. Select the "Documents" tab on the top of the screen. 3.
